Your #1 Golf Experience in Palm Beach Gardens
Support the Cause
This year the MGA will again support the charity, Paws 4 Liberty. Paws 4 Liberty trains service dogs for wounded veterans who struggle to adjust to life after war. Their goal is to help veterans within the Palm Beach County and surrounding areas, regain independence and confidence through the assistance of trained service dogs.
Please take a moment to review a short video HERE and watch Army Sergeant Major Gretchen Evans as she is presented with the 2022 ESPN Pat Tillman Service Award. This moving video explains the meaningful effect a service dog can make in the life of an American veteran in need.
The MGA is asking the many fortunate among us to make a donation that will contribute to this worthy cause. This is an opportunity for MGA members to support those who have made great sacrifices to serve and protect our country.
The MGA has set a goal to raise $10,000 which equates to the amount necessary to train one (1) service dog. We want to reach this goal by Veterans Day, in order to coincide with our Veteran’s Day “Red, White and Blue” golf event on that day.
HOW TO DONATE - Arrangements have been made to collect cash or check donations at the MGA Opening Day Event, and at the following two tournaments leading up to Veterans Day. Contributions any time thereafter can be made by mail. Checks should be made out to Paws 4 Liberty, c/o Mike Mulcrone, 106 Inlet Way Unit 301, Palm Beach Shores, FL 33404. All contributions are tax deductible.
The local veterans that Paws 4 Liberty help have made an enormous sacrifice so that we can enjoy our freedom and now they need your help. I am confident that our members will demonstrate their generosity and help us reach our goal.
Thank you in advance for your contribution.
